On March 3, 2025, the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Bureau released the "Shenzhen Action Plan for Innovation and Industrial Development of Tailored Intelligent Robot Technology (2025-2027)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan"). The action plan focuses on achieving breakthroughs in multimodal perception technology, dexterous operation technology, embodied intelligent base based on VTLA (visual tactile language action), and vertical domain large models by 2027. The implementation details contained in this action plan were proposed by Dai Meng and adopted after being reviewed by the leaders and experts of the Shenzhen Municipal Government. This suggestion has been adopted, representing Dai Meng's innovative technology direction and highly recognized by the government.

On February 26th, Duan Jianghua, founder and CEO of Daimeng Robotics, was invited to attend the Shenzhen Intelligent Robot Industry Symposium held by the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, and discussed the future development and layout suggestions of the intelligent robot industry.

Dr. Duan Jianghua pointed out at the meeting that training intelligent robots requires large-scale high-quality data. But now, data collection faces pain points such as low-quality data and inability to collect on a large scale. He believes that for large-scale data collection, low-cost, easy-to-use, and wearable collection devices should be used; High quality data should be data with full information modality (especially tactile) and high accuracy (millimeter level motion tracking).

Based on this, he proposed that high-resolution multimodal visual tactile sensors and exoskeleton data acquisition devices with touch should be used to collect large-scale high-quality data, construct a multimodal VTLA body operation large model, and efficiently drive intelligent robots to improve their agile operation capabilities. This viewpoint is highly consistent with the key tasks of the action plan.

As early as April 2024, at China's first humanoid robot industry conference and embodied intelligence summit, Dr. Duan Jianghua took the lead in publicly proposing technology directions such as the operation model with tactile perception (VTLA). As the first robot company in the industry to propose and construct a VTLA embodied operation model, Dai Meng has achieved industry leadership in many aspects such as tactile perception core technology, robot agile operation, embodied intelligent base, and large models. With its technological strength and innovation capability, Dai Meng was awarded the national high-tech enterprise certification in December 2024.

Looking ahead to the future, under the guidance of the action plan, Dai Meng will focus on technological innovation centered on tactile perception and agile operation, promoting the widespread application of robot "embodied skills" and embodied intelligence in the real world, and enabling intelligent robots to truly demonstrate revolutionary practical value; At the same time, Daimeng will continue to leverage its own advantages to help Shenzhen build a globally leading embodied intelligent robot industry ecosystem, and contribute solid strength to promoting high-quality development of the industry.
