Our exoskeleton telemanipulation device is compatible with most mainstream robots on the market. The system only needs to acquire the end-effector pose to complete telemanipulation control, regardless of the specific configuration of the robot, so it can be flexibly integrated into robotic arms of different brands and models.
The device is based on the ROS 1/2 communication architecture and also provides a ZMQ metadata interface, which facilitates rapid integration with various robot systems.
The sensor directly outputs data in NumPy array format. Customers can simultaneously obtain the following information:
* 3D deformation data
* 3D distributed force data
* 6D resultant force data
In addition, the host computer software supports real-time display of distributed force and resultant force for convenient and intuitive viewing.
The sensor is compatible with the vast majority of grippers on the market. We will provide a schematic diagram of the sensor's appearance, and customers can print the connectors themselves according to their own gripper specifications to quickly complete the adaptation.
Standard measuring ranges are as follows:
· First-generation visual-tactile sensor: 20 N
· Second-generation medium/large sensor: 30 N
· Second-generation "Sharp Edge" model: 20 N
In actual testing, the sensor's maximum pressure load can reach 3 times the nominal measuring range.
